Utilisation of Leftover/wasted food from Hotels

Every day we see precious food is wasted.Who ever in the hospitality industry know that food has been either wasted and has been dumped to bounds.. An inspector should rightfully check any left overs and if any contribute to the homeless to the people who need it the most.. Lumps of food have been wasted to no reasons and a charitable cause is indeed required.
