Raising profit margins for the ‘Please look my shop’ beach sellers

1

100s of migrants, primarily women, spend the season selling cheap garments on the beach to tourists, facing harassment from the authorities and walking up and down in the hot sun. Their stuff, however ,is so cheap that they can’t possibly make much money. What if they were given high quality products to sell? perhaps Goan-themed crafts, or clothing made by many of Goa’s high quality fashion designers. This would be a great way for designer to economically empower migrant women while also making more money.
