If goa wants to become a booming IT hub then we should start with providing good net connectivity which is a major roadblock. If we could be stricter with the providers and impose a rule where in if there is a outage or something there should be a refund provided to the customers. Some providers promise a particular speed but after few months the speed degrades which is not fare to the customers. There should be a good support in place to resolve such scenarios. The registered complains should have a deadline of say 1-5 days based on the severity. If not resolved then the customer should get a refund for the week. Bottom line is unless and untill there are stricter rules we can’t reach our goals.
